Balloons kept indoors: If balloons are filled with helium, they should last a minimum of 3 days and up to 2+ weeks. If balloons are filled with air, they should last a minimum of 5 days and up to 2+ weeks. Because of the elements outdoors (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain), we cannot guarantee or predict the life of balloons kept outdoors. It is impossible for us to predict the weather and how outdoor elements will effect the life of balloons.

We can add almost any text or image to a balloon! Remember that the space on a balloon is limited, so you don't want to add too much text, but you can certainly customize the text to your event. We can also add clip art images and designs as well. Our goal is to make your balloon order personal and memorable!

YES! We deliver to the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and North Fort Myers area. If we do not deliver in your area, you are welcome to visit our location to pick up your order. Order deliveries and pick-ups are made during the late afternoons Monday through Friday and all day Saturdays and Sundays.

We ask for a 2-day notice for all orders. We may be able to provide an order more quickly, but we currently request 2-days to ensure we are able to provide you with a high quality product.

Our balloons are high quality and come in a variety of colors and sizes, including 11, 18, 24, and 36 inch balloons! We customize our balloons to include options such as text, images, gold/silver foiling, pearls, and confetti. We also offer a variety of satin ribbons in lieu of curling ribbon on our more upscale balloons and hand-crafted tassels on our 24-inch and 36-inch balloons.

You may provide your own balloons if they are a custom creation that Cloud Balloons cannot produce or create. In the event of customer supplied balloons, customers pay for the balloon as part of the design, and Cloud Balloon is not responsible for balloons that are damaged/faulty or that pop during inflation. We cannot guarantee the life or quality of balloons not provided by us.

We accept all major credit cards through our website.

If you are not happy with your product, call or email us within 2 hours of your delivery. With your request, you will need to include a photo of your product and the reason you are requesting a refund.

We offer a large variety of high quality balloons. Choose any color from our balloon color page (link at the bottom of every page). If your color isn't an option while placing the order, specify your choice in the text box telling us more about your event. Note that we may need 2-3 days to stock your colors.
